What a great experience I had today with this practice! Mia was so lovely to deal with over the phone booking me in to have an urgent repair done on my plate (that was not made by them). I was beside myself with the thought of having no teeth for a week but I was in and done within 5hrs with my plate back in my mouth! Dan was amazing talking me through the process of my new dentures in the New Year! Highly recommend!!

Dan was amazing with setting me up with a full set of dentures and was happy to add a gold tooth onto the top denture.Absolute legend, will always recommend him to everyone I know. Now I have the best gold tooth in the business!!!

I have had the most exceptional and satisfactory experience with the Urunga team - Mia and Dan. For five years I’ve been missing a tooth and it greatly affected my confidence. The marvellous woman at Coffs City Denture Clinic shook her head sadly at the state of my damaged denture, and performed a miraculous repair in an hour at a very reasonable price .

When my grandma come in to get her denture done the receptionist was more then happy to help. We were greeted with a warm welcome at the desk and were told what was to happen, the prosthetist was kind and helped my grandma with her dentures I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

By far the best experience I have ever encounted. The young reception goes above and beyond to meet all clients requests. She even calls taxis for her clients. I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided for my family and would highly recommend to anyone. Not only was the receptionist amazing the prosthist was very friendly and more then willing them help me with me issues!
